Online Video Network, Niurenku, Seeks Social Media Interns

We are seeking people who are passionate about social media and online video.

You must be an active blogger, micro-blogger and have accounts on more than one of the popular social networks in China. You will get bonus points for:

- Connections to more than 100 people on any single social network

- A Youku or Tudou channel and a keen interest in online video

Job Scope

Social Media Campaign Support¬:

- ¬ you will help generate and create ideas together with the team for social media campaign development.

– you will help implement the tactics of the social media campaign, including the viral marketing of online videos and internet word of mouth through blogs, microblogs and bbs forums.

Social Media Monitoring¬:

- ¬

- you will monitor and develop summaries of the results of social media campaigns .

– you will learn to measure the impact of social media campaign and its value for the client.

Video Production:

- You will support the filming and post production of online videos and event coverage.

- Opportunities for video-blogging and creating your own short films abound if you are up for the challenge.

About Niurenku

Niurenku is an online video network that produces original short form content for the smart, hip and web savvy China youth. We carry a mix of action sports, music and youth culture videos, pop and indie culture coverage. Our brand, 牛人库，can be loosely translated as the “database of the kick-ass people” We fully intend to live up to our brand and share videos and perspectives, that are cool, funny, and mind-blowing with you.

Hours:

The position will be offered on either a full¬time or part¬ time basis subject to work load. For the full¬time role, you are required to work at least 7.5 hours each day. For the part¬ time role, you will be required to work at least two days a week which can be flexible, subject to University timetable availability. The initial term of internship will last for 6 weeks, but can be extended for up to 6 months if the person turns out to be the right fit.
